How to request data deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all personal data collected by bFlex (e.g., via Facebook Login), please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to support@bflex.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email address associated with your account (and, if applicable, your Facebook User ID).
3. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm once completed.

Where required by law, some data may be retained solely for tax/accounting purposes.
