⚖️ Current Legislation for 125cc Electric Two-Wheelers

To legally operate an electric two-wheeler in the 125cc category with a maximum power of 11 kW, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:

✅ Hold an A1 motorcycle license (125cc, max power 11 kW) or a higher-category motorcycle license.

✅ Hold a car driving license (Category B) for over 6 years, be at least 27 years old, and have completed 5 practical training lessons. Upon submission of the necessary documents, a new driver’s license will be issued with the “121” code added to Category B.

✅ Hold a car driving license (B) for over 4 years, have a moped license for over 4 years, and be at least 27 years old. (No need for a new license issuance).
