Is bFlex really free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee for the software included in these plans. You pay a commission when a successful transaction is processed through bFlex.

What is included in the free software?

You get booking management, fleet management, vehicle calendars, customer and order management, online payments, revenue insights and maintenance tracking.

Can I rent the same vehicle hourly and daily?

Yes. You can offer different rental durations depending on how you want to monetize your fleet.

Can I offer monthly subscriptions?

Yes. You can offer flexible monthly rentals or subscriptions alongside hourly and daily rentals.

Can I sell vehicles as well?

Yes. You can offer both new and second-hand vehicles for sale, including vehicles previously used in your rental fleet.

Can I offer tours?

Yes. You can manage tours and experiences through the same platform.

Do I need my own website?

No. With the Free Booking Page or bFlex Marketplace, you receive your own bFlex-powered micro-site. If you already have a website, the upcoming Booking Widget will let you integrate bFlex directly into it.

Who sets the prices?

You do. You control your own fleet, prices, availability and products.

Does bFlex own my vehicles?

No. Your fleet remains yours. bFlex provides the technology and, with the Marketplace option, the distribution and customer acquisition channel.

Can I manage individual vehicles?

Yes. Each vehicle can have its own serial number, availability, booking history, revenue data and maintenance history.

Can the same vehicle be rented and sold?

Yes. You can rent a vehicle, later offer it through a monthly subscription and eventually sell it second-hand.

What happens when a customer books?

The booking appears in your dashboard with the customer, vehicle, booking dates and payment information. The vehicle's availability is updated accordingly.
