BERGAMONT E-Horizon Sport 6 Electric Trekking Bike with Bosch Motor

When you buy a product from a professional seller on bFlex, your purchase is protected by the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity, starting from the date you receive the product. The legal guarantee is provided by the seller shown on the product page. EU law places responsibility for a lack of conformity on the seller.

If the product is faulty or does not conform to what was agreed or advertised, you are entitled to remedies from the seller free of charge. This normally means repair or replacement. Where these remedies are not possible or are not provided as required, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

The legal guarantee applies to the product and its components, including batteries, electronics and software where applicable, when the issue constitutes a lack of conformity. It does not cover damage caused after delivery through accidents, misuse or normal wear and tear. Goods containing digital elements are also covered by the EU conformity rules.

bFlex support: If you experience a problem, bFlex can help you submit and manage your claim with the seller through our platform.

Your statutory rights are not limited by this summary, and applicable national law may provide additional consumer protection.
