This time, itโs personal.
Our founder Robbert is stepping far outside his comfort zone โ swapping pedals for running shoes as he begins training for the Athens Marathon. Heโs joined by Greek National Champion Katerina Koutli, whoโs showing him what it takes to go the distance.
In this first episode, the focus is on the foundations: form, warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretching. The things that look simple but make all the difference when youโre training your body โ and mind โ to handle long-distance running. Robbert may have endurance from years of cycling, but running 42 kilometers is a different challenge altogether.
Itโs not about chasing records. Itโs about learning, adapting, and pushing limits for a cause that matters. Together with ActionAid, weโre turning every kilometer into action โ supporting communities around the world to build lasting, sustainable change.
