1. Introduction

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the FlexThis Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, affiliates (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms. The Terms also outline the rules governing the purchase of goods or services from vendors via the search engine and website located at www.bflex.io (“Website”), operated by FlexThis IKE, VAT number 802391110. 2. Scope of Commission

The commission applies only to the following categories:

  • Bike rentals
  • Guided bike tours

No commission is paid for:

  • Bike subscriptions (leasing)
  • Bike sales
  • Accessories

3. Program Overview

  • Affiliates receive a 10% commission on completed bookings in the eligible categories.
  • Each Affiliate is provided with a unique referral link and QR code.
  • When a user accesses the Website via this referral link or QR code, a session begins.
  • The commission is earned if a qualifying transaction is completed within the same session.
  • Once the transaction is confirmed, the Affiliate receives an email with the commission amount.

4. Commission and Payout

  • The 10% commission includes 24% VAT.
    • Example: A total commission of €124 (incl. VAT) corresponds to a net invoice of €100 (excl. VAT).
  • Payouts can be requested when the net commission exceeds €50.
  • An invoice must be submitted by the Affiliate at the time of the payout request.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer within 5–10 business days of invoice approval.

5. Cancellations

  • No commission is paid if the customer cancels a bike rental or guided tour at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

6. Marketing and Branding

  • Affiliates may request marketing materials and promotional support from FlexThis.
  • Use of FlexThis or bFlex branding must be accurate and compliant with any provided brand guidelines.

7. Liability

  • FlexThis functions as a search engine and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or execution of goods and services provided by third-party vendors.
  • FlexThis accepts no liability for delays, cancellations, damages, theft, or vendor disputes.
  • The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring their promotional activities are lawful and do not misrepresent the FlexThis or bFlex brand.

8. Fraud, Misuse, and Termination

  • Any misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate’s account.
  • Upon termination, all valid, unpaid commissions will be transferred to the Affiliate.

9. Legal Framework

  • These Terms are governed by Greek law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Athens, Greece.

10. Modification

FlexThis reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
