I received the e-moped from the store. Excellent professionalism, smile and positive energy throughout the process, detailed presentation of the scooter's functions. The helmet I was given was in perfect condition, clean inside, not a single scratch on the outside. Throughout the rental process I felt a culture and a quality of service that you rarely come across! A big thumbs up!

One of the best bicycle services in Athens. The experience was one of a kind and the bFlex team they were very helpful and always there to help. The one time I had an issue I contacted them and they helped me right away. I took the electric bicycle and I only gave it back because traveling the service they provide you can stop when you want is very helpful if you are traveling. The bicycles were very clean responsive and clean. I recommend them very much

Everyone is very friendly and the communication was easy ! Seamless platform and you have the option to have your bike delivered and picked up which is ver nice!
