Perfect cooperation from the first contact. Immediate responses to messages and emails. Easy subscription platform, with all the necessary information. Incredibly reasonable prices. I received the e-moped from the store. Excellent professionalism, smile and positive energy throughout the process, detailed presentation of the scooter's functions. The helmet I was given was in perfect condition, clean inside, not a single scratch on the outside. Throughout the rental process I felt a culture and a quality of service that you rarely come across! A big thumbs up!

I rented a bike for a day to explore the south coast, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. I was able to book and pick up the bike on the same day. Stavros was incredibly helpful, offering advice on the best routes and sights of interest to visit along the way. Highly recommend!

The best service! everything was perfect. I took the bike to school and was faster than all the busee! you have to be a little used to driving in the traffic. Would always book it again!

One of the best bicycle services in Athens. The experience was one of a kind and the bFlex team they were very helpful and always there to help. The one time I had an issue I contacted them and they helped me right away. I took the electric bicycle and I only gave it back because traveling the service they provide you can stop when you want is very helpful if you are traveling. The bicycles were very clean responsive and clean. I recommend them very much

I was looking for a day rental and was thrilled when I could rent the bike for the entire week for such an affordable price! it definitely uplifted my experience while visiting Athens .Excellent Customer Service. Everyone is very friendly and the communication was easy ! Seamless platform and you have the option to have your bike delivered and picked up which is ver nice! Beautiful bike with high quality and in great condition! I highly recommend BFlex when you’re in Athens!
